Listing a load is easy! Simply choose the service type you need, fill in the the necessary details, and click post - it's that simple!

The rules strictly prohibit profanity, hate speech, and attachments of any illicit photographs or videos of any kind. All listings must be clear, to the point, factual, non-offensive, contain a valid contact number and email address.

Get a Goload Recruiter to source the very best Transporters that handle your job from start to finish.This feature is ideally suited for custom requests, multiple vehicles, long-term work or if you simply cannot wait for quotes.

This is an option suggested by you, the customer, to speed up the bidding process. If a transporter is willing to carry out the job at your suggested rate, you will be notified. 

You may remove any request for transport services that you make at any time prior to acceptance. You may cancel a concluded transport agreement at any time, but you agree that we will not refund you the booking fee. If you cancel a concluded transport agreement that you have chosen to pay via escrow, we will refund you the applicable transport provider’s fee, less any applicable transaction fees (e.g. EFT/Visa/Mastercard).

You may postpone any transport agreement for fulfillment at a later date, as long as you notify us and the transport provider more than 24 hours before pick-up. If you do so, we may retain any deposit or fees paid until the transport agreement is concluded, or otherwise cancelled. You may be liable for extra fees for performance of the transport agreement at the later date.

Your Ad needs to be verified before it becomes available, which may result in a slight delay before you can find it. Keep in mind that your Ad expires when the moving day passes.

If your ad expires, you may re-list in in your dashboard. However, should you find a suitable Service Provider, you can with-draw your listing.

All Transporters that are able to carry out your specific scope of work will see your Ad.

Log into your Dashboard > Click on "My Loads" > Click on "Delete Load" to cancel your listing.

Click on "Login" , thereafter choose "Customer". Enter in your details and click "Create Account".

No, you do not need to sign up or post a load. It is absolutely free!

No need to panic! Simply click on ‘Forgot Password,’ and a link will be sent to your email address. All you need to do it click on the link, reset your password, and Voila!

As a valued Goload customer, you have access to your very own unique Dashboard. This will act as a central command point in which you will be able to manage your ads, delete a listing, message Transporters and your preferences.

All messages posted are 100% the responsibility of the person posting them. Strictly no posting of email addresses, phone numbers, profanity, links to 3rd party websites, selling any merchandise or impersonating Goload staff. Only messaging regarding the scope of work will be tolerated.

All messages are instant, functioning just like direct messaging. You need to be logged into your dashboard to read and reply to messages. Please note that the Transporter also needs to be logged into his dashboard in order to reply to your messages.

Yes! You may ask the Transporter as many questions about the scope of work as you like.

Goload provides you with useful tools like Customer feedback and ratings on previous jobs. Take into careful consideration what services they specialize in, how long they have been in business for, their Goods In Transit cover, etc. 

We advise Customers to book their Service Provider as soon as possible to secure availability.  

In your dashboard, click on "My Loads", then on "Accept Bid", and follow the easy steps. You will need to pay a matching fee to confirm your booking (payments can be done via PayFast, Debit Card, Credit Card, or through Tradesafe). Once proof of payment has been received, your selected Transporter's contact details will be made available to you.

You may incur additional fees if your inventory increases on the day of the job, your booked hours have  exceeded, your goods are not ready to be collected on time, or any unforeseen circumstance which may change the scope of work you and the Transporter has agreed to.

To confirm your booking, go to your dashboard, click on the Quotes tab, click Accept Quote, and follow the simple steps. A matching fee is required to secure your booking and Payment can be made via Pay Fast using the following methods; EFT, Debit Card, Credit Card or through Trade Safe.

Tradesafe is a licensed online financial Escrow and payments service provider. It safeguards the buyer’s funds (the client) in trust, until the seller (Transporter) successfully completes the job as promised. Once the buyer is satisfied with the service rendered, only then will Tradesafe release the funds to the seller. Your ID number, cell number, full name and banking details are required in order to make use of Tradesafe.

Escrow (Tradesafe) is a licensed online financial and payments Service Provider. It safeguards your money in trust until the Transporter successfully completes the job. Once you are satisfied with the service rendered, only then will Tradesafe release the money to the Transporter. Your ID number, cell number, full name and banking details are required in order to make use of Escrow.

To report any suspected violations, fraud or profanity, please click on the Red Flag next to the posting. Goload works very hard to ensure a safe market place for all who belong to it, hence we also rely on Community members to assist in eliminating any misconduct.

We recommend that you do not make a deposit or an upfront payment to the Transporter. Avoid cash transfer services like E-Wallet, Cash-send, Money-gram, Money-market, i-Mali, etc. Make contact with the Transporter as soon as you have paid your booking fee. It is in your best interest to have an agreement in place between you and the Transporter before the job is carried out.

Basic insurance is limited liability, therefore it only covers theft on hijacking, theft on collision, theft on overturning, and if the vehicle should catch alight, resulting in the goods being damaged. This does not cover the goods if it is scratched, dented or if it breaks in transit.

This will depend on the Transporter you choose. Some Transporters will be insured with comprehensive vehicle insurance, including Goods in Transit insurance, while others will have limited liability vehicle insurance and GIT cover. 

Yes! You can arrange additional insurance cover with your chosen Transport Provider.

If the Transporter has Goods In Transit Insurance, you should be able to put in a claim for damaged goods. However, if there is no GIT from the Transporter, then you and the Transporter will have to come to some sort of resolution.

Goload is a neutral party, however we will try to assist in finding a resolution. All disputes must be emailed to support@goload.com and must include supporting documentation, photos, previous correspondence and a proposed solution to the problem. Should Goload not remedy the dispute, both parties should enter mediation and finally go to arbitration if mediation fails.

A dispute must be handled between the Customer and the Transporter directly. Both parties must be willing to talk things through and come up with an amicable solution to resolve the issue. Once your job has been booked, you and your chosen Transporter should create a document, outlining all the details of your agreement. 

All payment disputes must be handled between you and the Transporter Provider in question.

It is between you and the Transporter to negotiate and come to agreeable terms on added inventory, dimensions, change of weight specs, or account for any other unforeseen circumstances which may change your scope of work.

Always give credit where it is due. It is advisable to not provide negative feedback about the Transporter if you have had a daunting day as the Transporter will do his best to make things go as smoothly as possible.

Yes, verification as a Transport Provider is a requirement for participation in the Goload platform. A valid Identity Number, contact number, email address and proof of vehicle ownership are standard requirements for becoming verified.

If you forget your password, simply click on "Forgot Password" on the "Login" page of your account. Enter in your email address and click "Send Reset Link". You will thereafter receive a link to your email address in which you can reset your password.  

Get instant job alerts about all loads matching your vehicle type and preferences SMS'd directly to your mobile phone. This affords you the first opportunity to place a bid while on the road and gives you a competitive edge when it comes to certain customers who are in a rush and will select the first bid that they receive.  

Once you have placed your initial bid, you can activate the Automatic bidding feature. This enables you to  specify your minimum bid amount, and assists in the bidding process. If you get outbid, the system will automatically bid in increments on your behalf, until you either win the job, or your minimum bid amount is reached.  

The system bids for you when you are not there so you never miss out on bidding for jobs again. This greatly improves your chances of earning more money, simply check your email to see if you have won jobs for the day. Customers will need you to verify your availability and price prior to you accepting the job.    

In your dashboard, you can build your profile by filling in your details as comprehensively as possible. Your profile name will never change. Hence, your profile is there to introduce what services you are able to offer to customers and to motivate them to select you as their Service Provider.

Building a strong profile will increase your chances of winning more jobs as potential customers will use your profile to base their decision. You should always read the scope of work thoroughly, specify your terms and conditions clearly, be competitive with your price range and never under-deliver on what you can offer.

"Custom" Bids are pulled into your dashboard based on your location and preferences. My "Bids" are what you have recently bidded on and will be filtered through.

Yes, a photo of your vehicle is required to give the client an idea of what your vehicle looks like and the condition it is in. Click Add New Vehicle > Enter vehicle details > Click on Select File > Click on Complete

GIT insurance is not necessary, but in order to qualify as a Preferred Service Provider, it is mandatory. Customers will prefer to deal with Transporters that have GIT and therefore increases your chances of winning more jobs.

Click on "Find Loads" in the Main Menu or "Custom Loads" Tab in your Dash Board to find filtered load preferences. 

Click on the job description and enter in your Bid. Your cost must include fuel, driver, staff, toll fees and Vat if you are a Vat Vendor. The Bid amount entered must be a total price.

Yes. All Active Bids on Goload are legally binding. You can cancel prior to the Customer accepting your Bid, however you are required to fulfill your obligations once the customer accepts.

You will receive a confirmation email stating that you have won the job. It is important to communicate with the customer and find out more information about the scope of work.

After the customer accepts your bid, they will have access to your details such as name, contact number, email address and vice versa. 

You should only bid on the jobs that you can actually perform. You must  have the right vehicle, right staff to assist, required licence/permit to drive the vehicle/carry goods, must be available on the date. Take into careful consideration the scope of work involved before placing a bid.

Strictly no posting of email addresses, phone numbers, profanity, links to 3rd party websites, selling of any merchandise and no impersonation of any Goload staff are allowed. The general guidelines are, only messages pertaining to the scope of work at hand will be tolerated.

Both parties must be logged on to view and reply to messages. All messaging  must strictly be regarding to the scope of the work.

Yes. You may ask the customer a question, but only pertaining to the scope of work at hand. It is important for both parties to have an active dialogue about the finer details of the job.

It is important that you let the client and Goload know that you are running late, so they do not panic. Communication between the Transporter and Client plays a major role in getting the job done successfully. Punctuality is key when it comes to Transport.

It is up to you and the client to negotiate the extra costs involved, should there be a change to the scope of work.

There is no Cancellation. Please check Terms and Conditions with regards to Cancellations.

You may remove any transport services bid that you make at any time prior to acceptance. You may not cancel a transport agreement once your bid has been accepted. If you do, or if you do not arrive at the agreed-upon pick-up location within one hour of the agreed-upon time (a “no-show”), we may, in our discretion:

  • list the cancelled job on your profile;
  • limit or cancel any email- or SMS-notification systems which we may provide to you under your PSP bracket;
  • downgrade you one PSP bracket; or
  • invoice you for a job cancellation fee equal to our fee applicable to the cancelled transport agreement, in which case you must pay the job cancellation fee within 30 days or we will be entitled to suspend or terminate this agreement.

You can get paid via EFT, Debit Card, Credit Card, TradeSafe and Cash On Delivery.

You have a range of options for receiving payment, including EFT, Cash On Delivery, Debit Card, Credit Card and TradeSafe.

The Transporter is responsible for getting his payment from the Customer once the job is complete.

It is in your best interest to not load any prohibited items on your vehicle, such as guns (which require a special permit), human organs, counterfeits, or any other banned substances. You should only load items that are permitted. If  you are skeptical about making payments, you can use Trade safe as an escrow; it will protect your money and only be released to the Transporter upon successful completion of the job.

A dispute must be handled between the Transporter and the Customer directly. Both parties must be willing to talk things through and come up with an amicable solution to resolve the issue.

Either party may inform the other in writing if there is a dispute. The parties must first try to negotiate to end the dispute, then enter into mediation if negotiation fails, and finally go to arbitration if mediation fails. If they go to arbitration, they will agree in writing on a recognized and appropriate forum for arbitration that is accessible to both parties.

Always speak calmly and rationally to the client, as you (The Transporter) and the client will have a better chance of resolving the dispute.

Yes you can respond to a Customer Review. You are most welcome to thank the customer for their great review of you or clear up any mishaps.

It is good business practice to ensure that you and the customer have an agreement in place, with regards to the scope of work and payment methods. Both parties must be in full agreement with all the terms and conditions before the job takes place.

To improve your rating and win more jobs, it is important to communicate with the customer, be punctual, provide the required service, your driver/crew to dress appropriately and be professional at all times. This goes a long way towards securing you positive reviews and increase your chances of the customer awarding their job to you.
